Horizontal Continuous Blade

This machine is modeled after a time tested continuous blade machine design that dates back in 1987.

Movable head design for smaller footprint and better accuracy. 

Updated, made in U.S. CNC controller and large servo motors and gearboxes 180 size, biggest in the industry. Low rpm and high torque they provide much longer life span and higher accelerations and deceleration. 24 inches per second design cutting speed equipped with manual or automated turntable.

Standard size is 90”x 90” in turntable mode, 90”x 108” in non turntable mode and 51 inch cutting height. Custom sizes are also available.

All software features available internationally are included with the machine:

Very efficient nesting with direct program generation, automatic cut avoidance routing of parts, automated jogging, single file repeat cut in rows and columns, automated direct cut slab programming. Simple operator interface control of the machine, dual screen option, one for programming and the other for monitoring machine operation.
Both, machine operation and programming software, are standard using the DXF and G code platforms, with open architecture, they can easily integrate with other software packages, now and in the future and they can be upgraded as new versions become available.
The CNC computer runs on Windows 10, if connected to internet, remote troubleshooting is available.
This machine is also available in Fast Wire version.
